We’ll be carrying out some database optimisation in the main environment during a scheduled window of 00:00 UTC to 01:00 UTC on the 22nd April 2026.
Once completed, this optimisation will result in faster loading speed for high volume tables.
During the Maintenance period the platform will remain available, but some users may notice slower app performance, including longer loading times and slower-running queries. We expect any impact to last for less than 15 minutes within the overall maintenance window.
We’ll post an update once the work is complete.
